Returns
- You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your order (this is known as the "cooling-off period" under UK law).
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@ezylo.co.uk. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
