SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW

 Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within a set timeframe. Please read our return policy below for full details.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

  • You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them (this is the “cooling-off period” under US law).
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • If a product is damaged or broken because of misuse or mishandling, we will not issue a refund.

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

SECTION 4 – NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers must pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you and give the return address and instructions.

SECTION 6 – FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at official@ezylo.com. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
