RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to cancel your order and return items within a set timeframe. Please see our return policy below for full details.
SECTION 2 – RETURNS
- You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them (this period is known as the “cooling-off period” under US law).
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- If a product is damaged or broken due to misuse or mishandling, a refund will not be issued.
SECTION 3 – REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
SECTION 4 – NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

- Include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will assist you with the process and provide return instructions, including the return address.
