RETURN POLICY

SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW

 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to cancel your order and return items within a set timeframe. Please see our return policy below for full details.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

  • You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them (this period is known as the “cooling-off period” under US law).
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • If a product is damaged or broken due to misuse or mishandling, a refund will not be issued.

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

SECTION 4 – NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • Include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will assist you with the process and provide return instructions, including the return address.

SECTION 6 – FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at official@ezylo.com. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
